秋麗の候、六露の一周年を祝し、
長崎出身の書家/画家 月華の個展を開催致します。

書道をルーツに和紙に墨や顔彩を用い、余白を重視した繊細な画を手掛ける月華。
代表作に、心の機微と季節の巡りー自他の移ろいを墨の衣服と花で見立てたシリーズ”纏う”を掲げる。
本展は　墨・花・月 これまで月華が注力し描いてきた要素を集約および再構築し、およそ2年越しとなる”纏う”の新作を中心に構成されます。

We are honored to celebrate our one-year anniversary with Gekka’s solo exhibition “Draped Moments”, showcasing her iconic paintings of women, flowers, and the moon.

Gekka is a calligrapher and painter from Nagasaki. Her artwork spans traditional calligraphy and painting, using classical mediums to illustrate the subtleties of emotion and the changing seasons, interwoven with the highs and lows of life. “Draped Moments” features portraits of women in black dresses created with Japanese ink, along with selections of her previous works.
